The Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena requires children that have reached their 2nd birthday by the date of the game to have a ticket for entry.

Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, TIAA Bank Field and the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville share 6,604 on-site parking spaces, plus 100 handicap spaces. There is also additional parking within walking distance. Parking prices vary by event. In addition, there are designated areas for bus and truck parking to enable easy pick-ups and access to highways.

Doors open one hour prior to puck drop.

You can expect the temperature during hockey season to be a bit cooler than usual. After all, you're sitting around a huge sheet of ice!
