The health and safety of the entire Icemen Family, including our players, staff and fans, remains our highest priority. In conjunction with the City of Jacksonville, ASM our Arena’s management team, and local health officials, we are working diligently to ensure that protocols are put in place to create a safe and healthy environment for when the pucks drops for the 2021-22 Icemen season.  

The following is a general listing of the safety measures have been put in place:

• All guests are encouraged to wear face coverings in the arena aside from when actively eating or drinking.
• Upon completion of security screening, guests will have their tickets scanned by event staff. Mobile ticketing will be primarily utilized to promote a touchless event entry process.  Fans will have the option to access their tickets on their phones to be scanned.
• Fans are encouraged to practice social distancing at all times, remain six feet apart while traveling in the concourse as well as while standing in concession lines, bathrooms. Avoid overcrowding.   
• Fans are also encouraged to use escalators and stairways while traveling throughout the arena.  Elevators primary use will be for ADA & limited mobility travel between levels.
• Cashless payment methods are encouraged at parking lots, box office, and merchandise stands.  Cashless payment methods are required at concession stands. Touchless systems may be set up where signatures and pins for credit card purchases may not be required. If you must pay for parking with cash, please try to have exact change. 
• All food areas, concession stands, bathrooms, water drinking stations will be thoroughly cleaned. All food services will follow proper restaurant cleaning and safety standards. 
• Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the arena.
• All team/arena staff, players and coaches will also be properly screened with safety protocols upon entering the arena, including temperature checks. 
• Player locker room area will be closed and become a “bubble” on gamedays.
