About Today’s Game: Tonight’s ECHL South Division match-up features the Jacksonville Icemen and the Atlanta Gladiators. The Icemen return home after a four-game road stretch where the team posted a 1-2-1 mark. 

Series History:  Tonight’s marks the first of 12 meetings between the two teams this season.  Atlanta leads the All-Time series 12-6-3-0.  Jacksonville was 5-4-0-1 against the Gladiators last season.    

About the Icemen:  Defenseman Hayden Shaw is currently riding a three-game point streak and has recorded four points during this stretch (1g, 3a)…..Ten of the Icemen’s 15 goals scored this season have come in the second period…. Emerson Clark leads the Icemen with five points (2g, 3a) and has logged a point in four of the five games played this season.

About the Gladiators:  The Icemen will need to be mindful of forward Nick Bligh who had a knack for big games against the Icemen last season. Bligh amassed 13 points (9g, 4a) in eight meetings with Jacksonville during the 2018-19 season…. Dante Hannoun is ranked third among rookies with six assists…..The Gladiators are the fourth-least penalized team in the league, averaging 9.80 penalty minutes per game.Tonight’s Promotions:  Fans can enjoy $2 select beer and wine for every Wednesday home game during the regular season!  Tonight is also the Halloween game, so wear your costime to the game.
