About Tonight's Game: Tonight’s ECHL South Division match-up features the Jacksonville Icemen and the Atlanta Gladiators. The two teams will meet for the second time in as many days, with the Gladiators earing a 5-4 victory yesterday in front of a record crowd at Veterans Memorial Arena.  Four-point swings will remain in effect tonight as Atlanta sits in fourth place in the South Division and holds a four-point edge over the Icemen.    

Series History:  Tonight’s game marks the third of 12 meetings between the two teams this season.   Atlanta leads the season series 2-0-0 whole also leading the All-Time series 14-6-3-0. 

About the Icemen:  Forward Derek Barach posted a goal and two assists in Wednesday’s game with Atlanta. Following the game, Barach was recalled by Cleveland of the American Hockey League….Adam Carlson is expected to make his third consecutive start in goal this evening…Defenseman Dajon Mingo is expected to return to the lineup this evening.  Mingo was placed on the injured reserved list following the first week of the season. 

About the Gladiators:  Nick Bligh once again managed to find the back of the net against Jacksonville yesterday. Bligh now has 15 points (11g, 4a) in his last ten meetings with the Icemen dating back to last season.  With an assist in yesterday’s game, veteran forward Derek Nesbitt extended his point scoring streak to five games and has recorded five points (2g, 3a) during this stretch….The Gladiators are ranked third in the league with a 4.20 goals-per-game average
