About Today’s Game: Today’s ECHL match-up features the Jacksonville Icemen and the Orlando Solar Bears. The two teams will meet for the third time in as many days, with today’s game serving as a rubber match. Orlando defeated the Icemen 3-2 at the Amway Center on Friday, while the Icemen flipped the script last night at home with a 3-2 overtime victory.  Jacksonville has now won its last three home games, all of which were decided in overtime.  The Icemen are 4-0-2 in games decided in overtime or a  shootout this season.

Series History:  The Icemen are 2-1-1-1 against Orlando this season.   The Solar Bears lead the All-Time series 28-6-2-0.    

About the Icemen:  Nick Saracino leads the Icemen in points (21), goals (8) and assists (13).  Eight of his 21 points have come against Orlando (2g, 6a)….Craig Martin netted the game winner in overtime last night and ranks second in the league with a shooting percentage of 31.6 percent (six goals on 19 shots)….Kyle Keyser ranks sixth overall in the league with a 2.54 goals against average and is expected to start in goal this afternoon. 

About the Solar Bears:  Tristan Langan recorded his fifth goal of the season in last night’s game and is now currently riding a seven-game point streak.  Langan has totaled 11 pts (2g, 9a) during this stretch….Jake Coughler has logged a point in six of the last seven games, scoring six goals and three assists….Leading scorer Aaron Luchuk is currently riding a seven-game point streak (3g, 4a).
