JACKSONVILLE, FL – The Jacksonville Icemen, proud ECHL Affiliate of the NHL’s Minnesota Wild and the AHL’s Iowa Wild, announced today that the team has agreed to terms with goaltender Michael Bullion for the 2026-27 season.
Bullion, 29, is entering his sixth season in the ECHL after starting in 26 games last year for the Icemen. While in Jacksonville, Bullion boasted a 2.90 goals-against average, a .904 save percentage, and one shutout to complement his 10-9-4 record. A two-time ECHL All-Star, Bullion boasts extensive experience with Worcester, Savannah, and Norfolk. Bullion also started in two AHL games with the Henderson Silver Knights during the 2023-24 campaign, in which he went 1-1-0 with a 1.53 goals-against average and a .947 save percentage.
The 6-0, 198-pound native of Anchorage, Alaska, played Canadian University hockey for four years with the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (2018-2021) and Ontario Tech University (2021-2022). Bullion played Canadian major junior hockey with the Portland Winterhawks and the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League (WHL) from 2014-2018.
