MEDIA INFORMATION
The Jacksonville Icemen Public Relations department is dedicated to providing local and national media with the best opportunities to cover the Icemen on the ice and in the community. To that end, we have a list of guidelines for player and staff interviews, credential information for media personnel and photographers, and parking information for attending media.
INTERVIEW POLICIES
Game Days: Following the conclusion of each home game, players and coaching staff will be made available to the media following a cool-down period. Media personnel will be instructed to gather in the press briefing room where the interviews will be taking place.
To request an interview with a Jacksonville Icemen player or coach during the week, please contact the Jacksonville Icemen Public Relations department by calling (904) 602-7825 or emailing PR@JacksonvilleIcemen.com. Under no circumstances are media personnel allowed to contact players or staff directly.
CREDENTIAL INFORMATION
To request a press credential for an upcoming Jacksonville Icemen game or event, please call (904) 602-7825 or email PR@JacksonvilleIcemen.com 48 hours in advance of the event. Please be advised that only accredited media will be eligible for a media credential. An email will be sent to confirm a request for credential following a review by the Jacksonville Icemen Public Relations department.
Media personnel can receive their official credential by visiting the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena Press Entrance. This will be open for media personnel two hours before the opening faceoff. Photo identification is required to obtain a credential.

PARKING
Media personnel may park in the south lot (loading dock) located on the south side of the arena. Members of the media must check in with the attendant for access. Media personnel can be added to the parking list on a single-game basis, but parking spaces are limited. All parking requests must be submitted when requesting single game credentials. The parking lot for media personnel will be open three hours before the opening faceoff.
