Goalie Jamie Phillips has been recalled by the Manitoba Moose (AHL) and forward Bobby MacIntyre has been recalled by the Cleveland Monsters (AHL), the Jacksonville Icemen announced Monday.
Phillips, 24, has played in 12 games for the Icemen this year and has a 2-9-0 record with a shutout, a 3.38 GAA and a .895 SV%. The product of Caledonia, Ontario made his professional debut in 2016-17 after a four-year college career at Michigan Tech, he played 11 games for Manitoba and went 2-4-1 with a 2.97 GAA and a .906 SV% and he also posted a 19-10-0 record for the ECHL’s Tulsa Oilers with a shutout, a 2.63 GAA and a .913 SV%.
In 15 games with the Icemen this season, MacIntyre tallied 10 points (4G, 6A) and posted a +4 rating. The 21-year-old made his professional hockey debut with the Icemen after spending five seasons in the OHL. MacIntyre recorded his first ECHL goal against the South Carolina Stingrays on Oct. 21.
